Cancellation Policy

Please note that Prayer & Counsel Sessions require lots of spiritual, emotional, and physical preparations. As such, no-shows or sessions that are canceled or rescheduled after 48 hours notice will be subject to a small fee. If you are experiencing warfare in the window leading up to your appointment, please contact us at kallan@heartathome.shop so we can be praying for you. While we always pray for clients leading up to their sessions, your alerting us to be praying more specifically for your family and your needs.
